Ingredients

  • 1 Jiffy yellow cake mix
  • 2 small packages vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 (10 or 12 oz.) Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Bake the cake mix in a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan as directed on the package.
  2. Mix the vanilla pudding until thickened and fold in the drained crushed pineapple.
  3. Pour the pudding mixture over the baked cake.
  4. Cover with Cool Whip.
  5. Sprinkle with nuts.
  6. Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated until serving.
