Ingredients

  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • medium tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 1/2 can tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Bread the veal chops or cutlets and brown them.
  2. Sauté chopped onion, garlic cloves, green pepper, and medium tomatoes with 2 tablespoons of fat.
  3. Add half a can of tomato sauce to the sautéed vegetables.
  4. Place the browned veal chops in a baking pan and cover them with half of the vegetable mixture.
  5. Add a thin layer of mozzarella cheese over the veal and cover with the remaining vegetables.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 40 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
