Ingredients

  • 2 cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • Ritz crackers
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Set aside Ritz crackers to use as topping.
  2. Combine drained Veg-All, mayonnaise, chopped water chestnuts, chopped onion, and grated cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle cracker crumbs over the top.
  6. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
