- Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment or foil. Crush cornflakes either in a food processor or with a rolling pin in a freezer bag
- Put cornflakes, peanut butter, and honey in large bowl and stir until fully combined.
- Pat mixture into 8 x 8 pan and smooth top.
- Melt chocolate with butter over very low heat until melted, then top peanut butter mixture with the frosting and refrigerate.
- Cool for a few hours, then cut into serving sized pieces.
