Ingredients

  • 3 cans mixed vegetables
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 stick oleo (butter)

Instructions

  1. Drain the mixed vegetables well.
  2. Mix the drained vegetables, mayonnaise, sautéed onions, and grated cheese together in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Melt 1/3 cup of oleo (butter), then mix it with crushed Ritz crackers.
  5. Cover the vegetables with the cracker mixture.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
