Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Italian dressing
  • 1 c. chopped tomato
  • 1 c. cauliflowerets
  • 1/2 c. red onion rings
  • 1/2 c. celery slices
  • 1/2 c. carrot slices
  • 1/2 c. green pepper chunks

Instructions

  1. Cut celery and carrot slices diagonally.
  2. Combine chopped tomato, cauliflowerets, red onion rings, celery slices, carrot slices, and green pepper chunks in a bowl.
  3. Pour Italian dressing over the combined vegetables.
  4. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
