Instructions
- Place semi-sweet chocolate morsels in the top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts.
- Set aside.
- Combine milk, half and half, and sugar in a saucepan.
- Scald mixture over medium heat.
- Gradually add 1 cup of the milk mixture to the melted chocolate, stirring until smooth.
- Add the chocolate mixture back to the remaining milk mixture.
- Stir in light rum and Amaretto.
- Serve immediately topped with whipped cream and garnished with a cinnamon stick.
