Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light rum
  • 1/2 cup Amaretto

Instructions

  1. Place semi-sweet chocolate morsels in the top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine milk, half and half, and sugar in a saucepan.
  5. Scald mixture over medium heat.
  6. Gradually add 1 cup of the milk mixture to the melted chocolate, stirring until smooth.
  7. Add the chocolate mixture back to the remaining milk mixture.
  8. Stir in light rum and Amaretto.
  9. Serve immediately topped with whipped cream and garnished with a cinnamon stick.
