Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
  • 2 Land O Lakes Eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine sugar, butter and eggs in bowl.
  3. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients; beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
  5. Divide dough in half; prepare desired variations using half of dough for each variation.
  6. Bake 7-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
