Ingredients

  • 1 deep dish pie crust
  • chopped cured ham, cooked pan sausage, ground beef or shrimp
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 4 tsp. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cover bottom of pie crust with choice of meat.
  2. Sprinkle the Swiss cheese over meat.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the cheese.
  4. Beat the remaining ingredients; pour over the cheese and meat.
  5. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes, or until firm.
