A hearty, easy-to-make casserole combining seasoned ground beef, mixed vegetables, and flaky biscuits for a comforting family meal. Perfect for quick weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 can Veg-All mixed vegetables
  • 1 can biscuits (10 count)

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in an ovenproof dish.
  2. Season the meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion, and Worcestershire sauce as desired.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables, including liquid.
  4. Simmer until most of the liquid is gone.
  5. Place the biscuits on top of the meat and vegetables.
  6. Bake in the oven at 425°F until the biscuits are browned, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
