Very Veggie Salad
Ingredients
Instructions
- Bring 2 qt. water to boil in saucepot.
- Add veggies and cook 2 minutes, drain and rinse in cold water.
- In bowl, combine veggies, red pepper cut in 1/2 inch squares, onion, vinegar and seasoning. Toss and serve.
