Viola'S Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 6 slices bread
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt (may omit)
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage; drain.
  2. Cut bread into squares (8 per slice). Beat eggs and mix all ingredients together.
  3. Refrigerate overnight or for 12 hours.
  4. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
