Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. sliced carrots
  • 1/4 c. diced celery
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Cover.
  3. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  4. Good reheated as a soup.
