Vodka Carrots

Instructions
- Peel carrots and cut into strips.
- Melt butter over medium heat and saute carrots 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add onions and cinnamon. Stir 2 to 3 minutes more.
- Add vodka.
- Stir well.
- Cover and cook over low heat (simmer) for 20 to 30 minutes.
