Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 shots vodka
  • fresh chopped parsley
  • fresh chopped basil
  • light cream

Instructions

  1. Simmer butter, tomato paste, chicken broth, vodka, chopped parsley, and chopped basil for 15 minutes.
  2. Add light cream to the sauce to achieve a pink color, then simmer for another five minutes.
  3. Serve the sauce over your favorite cooked pasta.
