Ingredients

  • 1 big block Velveeta cheese
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb ground chuck
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Melt Velveeta cheese in a slow cooker.
  2. Brown ground chuck; drain fat.
  3. Add ground chuck to the melted Velveeta cheese.
  4. Add 2 cans of Ro-Tel tomatoes.
  5. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  6. Let the mixture simmer completely for at least 30 minutes until heated through and flavors meld.
  7. Serve over Fritos, tortilla chips, or your favorite chips.
