Ingredients

  • 2 c. yellow corn meal
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine butter and
  2. sugar; add eggs and milk.
  3. Sift dry ingredients; add to mixture.
  4. Bake from 3 to 5 minutes in hot waffle iron.
