Walking Taco Burger Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Ancho Chilli Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 8 Pretzel Slider Buns
  • 3/4 cups Melted Queso Cheese (homemade Or Store Brought)
  • 1/2 cups Sliced Pickled Jalapeno Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Salsa

Instructions

  1. Turn the ground beef into a medium bowl and add all spices and seasonings (salt through cumin).
  2. Use your (clean) hands to mix the seasonings well with the beef.
  3. Take about 2 ounces of the ground beef and flatten it into a small patty.
  4. Repeat with the remaining meat.
  5. You should be able to get 6-8 slider patties out of the beef.
  6. Heat a large skillet on the stove on medium heat.
  7. Place the beef sliders in the skillet and cook on each side for 3-5 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
  8. Remove from skillet and place on a plate lined with paper towel.
  9. Slice the slider buns in half and place a slider on top of the bottom part of the bun.
  10. Pour about a tablespoon of the cheese sauce on top of the burger, a few jalapeno slices, a tablespoon of salsa, some crushed corn chips, lettuce, and the top of the slider bun.
  11. Place a toothpick through the middle of the slider to keep the slider intact.
