Instructions
- Grease and flour a 9 or 10-inch angel pan.
- Spread walnuts over bottom.
- Sift dry ingredients into large bowl.
- Add milk, shortening and vanilla.
- Beat 2 minutes.
- Add unbeaten eggs.
- Beat 2 minutes more.
- Pour over walnuts.
- Bake at 375° for 50 to 60 minutes.
