Instructions
- Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon color.
- Add water and beat well.
- Beat in sugar and gradually add flavoring.
- Fold in flour, salt and nuts.
- Beat whites and cream of tartar until stiff, then fold into yolk mixture.
- Bake in tube pan at 325° for 60 minutes.
