Wanda Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. sliced yellow squash
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Cook squash and onion until tender in a small amount of water. Mix stuffing with melted margarine.
  2. Mix soup and sour cream. Layer stuffing, squash, soup, squash, soup then stuffing into a sprayed baking pan.
