Warm Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 to 8 strips bacon, fried crisp

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, vinegar, egg, salt and pepper.
  2. Add to hot bacon grease and heat to boiling.
  3. Cook 1 minute.
  4. Pour warm dressing over lettuce.
  5. Sprinkle bacon bits over lettuce.
