Fried Rice With Ham

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 3 or 4 spring onions
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. chopped ham
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a large pan or wok.
  2. Chop the spring onions finely.
  3. Add chopped ham to the pan and fry for about 2 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped spring onions and cooked rice to the pan.
  5. Mix well and heat thoroughly.
  6. Add soy sauce to the rice and mix well to distribute the flavor.
  7. Beat the eggs in a bowl and scramble them separately in a different pan.
  8. Add the scrambled eggs to the rice mixture and combine evenly.
  9. Serve while hot.
