Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 cups okra, halved lengthwise
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Toast curry powder, crushed red pepper, and minced shallot in olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat 2 minutes or until fragrant. Increase heat to high. Add okra; cook 3 minutes or just until tender. Sprinkle with salt.
