Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. separate eggs
  2. beat whites until stiff.
  3. sift dry ingredients 3 times( mom only sifted once ) add milk egg yolks and butter
  4. fold in whites
  5. bake on waffle iron.
