Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. chopped pimiento
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 c. cooked wax beans
  • 6 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. water

Instructions

  1. Cook pimiento and onion in butter for 3 minutes.
  2. Add salt and beans and cook 5 minutes longer, stirring frequently.
  3. Add water and heat to boiling.
  4. Serves 6 to 8.
