Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans (undrained)
  • 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef 4 to 5 minutes or until brown.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
  6. Stir occasionally.
  7. If desired, top with chopped onion and shredded cheese.
