Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 1/2 c. ham
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • toast
  • lettuce

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and add onion, green pepper and ham.
  2. Heat butter in skillet. Scramble mixture in butter until done.
  3. Serve on toast with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.
