Instructions

  1. Place approximately 1 1/2 inches of fruit (green apples or sour cherries) in a baking pan.
  2. Thoroughly mix together equal parts wheat germ and dark brown sugar to create the topping.
  3. Cut thin pats of butter and cover the fruit with the butter evenly.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
