Instructions
- Combine flour with wheat germ, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Cut in shortening and butter.
- Add milk to hold together.
- Work dough; press into pan and prick bottom.
- Bake on baking sheet at 375° on low shelf for 20 minutes or golden brown.
