Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 Tbsp salad oil
  • 4 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and flour in a saucepan.
  2. Add beaten eggs, lemon juice, pineapple juice, salad oil, and orange juice to the mixture.
  3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
  5. Fold in the whipped heavy cream into the cooled mixture.
