Whipped Pineapple Jello

A light, fluffy pineapple Jell-O dessert layered with whipped topping and crushed pineapple, perfect for summer gatherings and those who enjoy fruity, chilled treats.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 3 packages Jell-O (cherry, raspberry, mixed fruit)
  • 15 medium ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put boiling water in a bowl.
  2. Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
  3. Stir in ice cubes and mix until melted.
  4. Remove 1 cup of Jell-O and put it in a medium bowl.
  5. Pour remaining Jell-O into a serving bowl and let it set.
  6. When the 1 cup of Jell-O is almost set, mix in 1½ cups Cool Whip and a small can of drained crushed pineapple.
  7. Spoon the pineapple mixture over the set Jell-O.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
