White Jello Salad

A creamy, fruity Jello salad combining pineapple, cream cheese, and marshmallow creme, topped with nuts. Perfect for potlucks, holidays, or a refreshing dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 2 packages Dream Whip
  • chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix 2 envelopes Knox gelatine and 1/2 cup water and set aside.
  2. Bring the crushed pineapple and sugar to a boil.
  3. Add the gelatine mixture to the boiling pineapple and sugar, then bring to a boil again.
  4. Cream the cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth.
  5. Add the pineapple and gelatine mixture to the cream cheese and marshmallow creme, and blend well.
  6. Chill until almost set, about 15 minutes.
  7. Prepare the Dream Whip as directed on the package and fold into the gelatine mixture.
  8. Top with chopped nuts and chill until fully set.
