White Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 3 tsp. white vinegar
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 2 pie shells (9-inch)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 300°.
  2. Beat eggs slightly.
  3. Mix together sugar, water and flour in large bowl.
  4. Continue to mix adding eggs, vinegar, margarine and pecans.
  5. Pour into pie shells and cook for 1 hour.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Makes 2 pies.
