Instructions
- Weigh flour and sift it once, then warm it a little and sift 4 or 5
- times with baking powder.
- Cream butter; add some of flour and
- other ingredients alternately.
- Bake in loaf or layers.
- If baked in
- loaf,
- bake about 2 hours at 300°.
- This is an old recipe but very good.
- I use an angel food pan.
