Ingredients

  • 4 whole medium garlic heads
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Remove outer skin from each garlic head and arrange them right side up in an 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the garlic, allowing it to seep between the cloves.
  4. Cover the pan and bake for 1 hour, basting the garlic occasionally.
  5. Allow the garlic to cool before handling.
  6. Pull off the roasted cloves and gently squeeze the paste onto bread for serving.
