Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 2 c. plain whole wheat flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 3/4 c. nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine milk and honey.
  2. Add 1 cup of flour, baking powder, salt and soda.
  3. Add remaining flour and nuts to mixture.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Pour into greased pan.
  6. Bake in very slow oven at 275° for 2 hours.
