Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 6 oz. pkg. orange jello
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 12 oz. carton Cool Whip
  • 2 c. buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Bring crushed pineapple with juice to a boil.
  2. Add orange jello, buttermilk, coconut, and pecans, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
