Wilted Greens

Instructions
- Melt drippings in heavy pan; add a little chopped onion and cook until soft and yellow.
- Stir in vinegar, then add lettuce. Cover and heat a few minutes, until greens are wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
- Serves 4.
