Ingredients

  • 12 chicken wings
  • 1 lb. Italian sweet sausage, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 cans whole white potatoes, drained
  • 1 large can yams, drained
  • 1 pkg. gravy mix (brown)
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. fennel seed
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a baking pan, pour 1/2 the amount of oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
  2. Sprinkle 1/2 the package of gravy mix, 1/2 amount
  3. of soy
  4. sauce and 1/2 of all seasonings into the pan. Lay chicken wings, sausage and potatoes in the pan.
  5. Coat with remaining
  6. oil, soy
  7. sauce and seasonings.
  8. Cover and bake at 350°
  9. for
  10. 1
  11. hour. Uncover
  12. and
  13. cook
  14. for 1/2 hour or until brown.
