Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped pears
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages strawberry gelatin

Instructions

  1. Blend the chopped pears in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the sugar and strawberry gelatin to the blended pears and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes, then pour into sterilized jars and seal with paraffin.
  6. Store the jars in the refrigerator.
