Winter Salad Bake

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 6 potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 wieners, cut into slices

Instructions

  1. Make white sauce adding dry mustard, salt and pepper and cooking 1 minute.
  2. Remove from heat and blend in salad dressing. Fold in 1/2 potatoes, onion and wieners.
  3. Decorate with slices of wieners and bread crumbs.
  4. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
