Ingredients

  • 2 boxes or 1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked as directions on pkg. (do not drain)
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked Minute rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can celery soup

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli; set aside.
  2. Saute celery and onion in oleo. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large casserole dish. Heat in oven or microwave.
