Create spooky and delicious witches hats with chocolate candies, cookies, and frosting, perfect for Halloween parties and festive gatherings, appealing to kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Set aside 1 3/4 cups of chocolate candies.
  2. Place remaining candies in a large plastic bag.
  3. Crush candies with a rolling pin.
  4. In a saucepan, combine crushed candies, milk, and butter.
  5. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until candies are melted and mixture is smooth.
  6. Cool to room temperature.
  7. Frost the top of each cookie with 1 1/2 tablespoons of chocolate mixture.
  8. Frost cones, leaving 1 inch at the tip unfrosted.
  9. Holding the frosted cone by the tip, fill each with 2 teaspoons of candies.
  10. Place each cone on top of a frosted cookie to form a 'hat.'
  11. Place each hat on a baking sheet.
  12. Repeat until all cookies and cones are used.
  13. Decorate witches hats with remaining candies.
  14. Allow 15 minutes for the hats to set.
