Instructions

  1. Let steaks rest at room temperature for at least 1 hour prior to cooking. This allows for the meat tissue to begin breaking down and makes the steak more tender. Apply the fresh pepper on both sides and pat into the meat. Do the same with the seasoning. Cook to your liking. It is THAT SIMPLE! Your steak will be a work of art on a "world-class" level.
  2. You can now out cook everyone in your neighborhood on the grill!!
  3. Variations: Use this same recipe on chicken, pork chops, ribs, fish, virtually anything you enjoy cooking on the grill for spectacular grilling results!! Lightly brush your meat with FRESH garlic butter as you are cooking itWOW!!
