Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Clean and peel the sweet potatoes; cut them into wedges.
  2. Place the potato wedges about an inch apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
  3. Brush the wedges with a mixture of melted margarine and brown sugar.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes, turning and brushing occasionally.
