Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 cans kidney beans, drained
  • 1 qt. tomato juice
  • 1 can tomato sauce or 3 cans tomato sauce and water to right consistency
  • chili powder to taste
  • pinch of sugar
  • 1/2 c. catsup

Instructions

  1. Brown beef, onion and pepper.
  2. Add other ingredients to meat in a large pot, heat and serve.
