- Add onions and enough hot water to cover the meat.
- Cover the casserole dish with a lid.

- Turn the meat over.
- Add carrots and potatoes to the liquid.
- Cover and cook in microwave for 1 hour at Medium or until the meat is tender.
- Remove from microwave and let stand covered for 10 to 15 minutes.
