Ingredients

  • 20 lb. flour
  • 1 qt. dried milk
  • 2 cups yeast
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 (3 lb.) cans shortening
  • 1 lb. butter

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in 1 quart of warm water.
  2. Add enough warm water to the flour to make a dough.
  3. Shape the dough into rolls and place them in pans.
  4. Let the rolls set at room temperature for an hour or refrigerate overnight, then bring to room temperature before baking.
