- Transfer egg yolk mixture to a large mixer bowl.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until blended.
- Add vanilla, almond, and lemon extracts.
- Fold in sifted cake flour and salt.
- Gently fold beaten egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
- Pour the batter into an ungreased 10-inch tube pan.
- Bake in a 325°F (160°C) oven for 1 hour, or until done.
